Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived defective or leaked

Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or
  • A replacement product will be shipped, depending on availability

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
